My cousin from Pakistan needs some PS3 games as he can't get them for cheap, and he has a PS3 which he can't get games for as they cost a lot in that country.  I need stuff that can only be experienced on the PS3.   Here's what I got:

• Gran Turismo 5 - First and only thing he requested.  He said he needed that more than anything, go figure GT5 is big in Pakistan too.
• Eternal Sonata, Star Ocean IV International, Fallout 3 GOTY, 3D Dot Game Heroes, Resonance of Fate, and Fallout New Vegas, White Knight, Borderlands GOTY, and Disgaea 3.

Dragon Age: Origins? Also it isn't a traditional RPG, but Yakuza 3 does have some RPG elements. Oh and Borderlands!

Not really sure what you mean by ''can only be experienced on PS3'' and then you have Fallout and Resonance of Fate in there. But anyway, Dragon Age, I guess.

Mass Effect 2?  If he hasn't played it on 360 yet.
 
EDIT--Oh. never mind, missed the only on PS3 part.  Lots of people like Folklore, but I haven't played it and it's pretty old at this point.

Get him Tales of Vesperia. It's a great RPG that will give him about ~40 hours of play time on his first playthrough with plenty of reason to go back through again. I played it on the 360 but it's out on the PS3 as well.

Did he ever try Borderlands? That's sort of RPGish. 
 
White Knight Chronicles is another RPG but not for everyone.

I saw it at the game store. I know it's about console wars but that's as far as my knowledge goes.

Skip all those and go for the gold, namely Haze. Its not a RPG but its the best game out there.

Fallout is well represented, so I think it's fine.
