It's weird, I know a lot about this game.  Not used to that. 

Maybe you guys should check the manual real quick.  Surround guys, artillery (can't usually move and fire), how to use air-to-air...  eh, it's already too late.

Looks good. The reason there are hexes in the game is because it is emulating a table top war game..I'm sure you've heard of grognards?  They used to build the tabletop games with squares, but then found it was harder to portray the angles for battles in the game.  Circles would have a problem as part of the map because then the number of surrounding enemies would be determined by the size of the circle. Hence they put in hexes. So if you get surrounded by all sides from hexes, you're pretty much toast.  Also, the hex gives you just the right amount of angle to move in different directions. It's the happy medium from which all wargames have thrived from (Avalon Hill, et al).

Looks like an interesting game.  With blockbuster games such as GTA IV & Fallout 3 consuming my free time, I don't know when I'll have time for small, expensive, excursion games like these. Perhaps if there is a discount.

Man, this is the second game I've watched Brad suck ass at.  Is he just awful at playing video games?
